1. Who we are

Wettar is made by Kossava Labs, the brand of LUKA KOPRIVICA PR LOOK PHOTO STUDIO, Misarska 7, Valjevo, Serbia ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

These terms apply to the Wettar app for Android and to the services it uses ("Wettar"). By installing or using Wettar, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Wettar is, and what it is not

Wettar shows weather forecasts, current conditions, air quality, maps, alerts and related information for places you choose.

• Forecasts are estimates. Weather data comes from computer models and third-party providers. It can be inaccurate, incomplete or late, and conditions can change quickly.
• Alerts can be missed or delayed. Notifications depend on your phone, its settings, battery saving and your internet connection. Wettar's alerts are not official warnings.
• Not for safety-critical decisions. Don't rely on Wettar alone where a wrong forecast could put people or property at risk, for example in aviation, at sea, in the mountains or during severe weather. Always check your official national weather service and follow the instructions of local authorities.

3. Free and paid plans

The free Basic version can be used without paying. Paid plans unlock more features. Some are a one-time purchase: you pay once, and nothing renews. Others are subscriptions. What each plan includes, and whether it is a one-time purchase or a subscription, is shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy.

• Buying. Paid plans are sold through Google Play and paid to Google. Google Play's terms also apply to the purchase. The price, including any taxes, is shown in Google Play before you confirm.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions (not one-time purchases) renew automatically at the end of each period (for example monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials. If we offer a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Google Play shows the trial length and the date of the first payment.
• Price changes. We may change prices. Google Play tells subscribers about price changes under its own rules.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Google. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policies, and requests should be made through Google Play. We don't give refunds ourselves, except where the law requires it.

5. Ads and reward videos

The free version shows ads from Google. Some features can be unlocked for a limited time by choosing to watch a short reward video. How ads use data is described in our privacy policy.

6. Fair use

You may use Wettar for your own personal use. Please don't:

• copy, collect or resell Wettar's forecasts, maps or other data in bulk, or use our server (api.wettar.com) from anything other than the Wettar app;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or the plan limits of Wettar or our server;
• copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• use Wettar for anything illegal.

To protect the service for everyone, our server limits how many requests one device can make. We may block access that breaks these rules.

7. Data from others

Wettar uses data and services from third parties, including weather data from Open-Meteo and the weather services whose models it uses, and map data from OpenStreetMap contributors. This data belongs to its owners and is provided under their terms. We are not responsible for errors in it.

8. Our rights

The Wettar app, including its software, design, texts, graphics and icons, and the names, logos and brand features "Wettar" and "Kossava Labs", belong to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices under these terms. You may not copy, sell, distribute or use our names, logos or brand features without our written permission.

9. Changes, suspension and availability

We may change, add or remove features, data sources, plans and designs at any time. We don't promise that Wettar will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

We may suspend or end your access to Wettar, or to our server, if you break these terms or misuse the service. We may also stop offering Wettar or a plan. Where the law requires it, we will give notice in the app.

10. Our liability

Wettar is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any damage or loss that comes from relying on forecasts, alerts or other information in the app, or from the app being unavailable.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Wettar in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts in Serbia have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell you in the app. If you keep using Wettar after that, you accept the new terms.
